Jan Pett attended Boston University for her bachelor and master of science in Occupational Therapy. Since 1998, she has worked with the pediatric population in a variety of settings including the school setting, private practice, and outpatient rehabilitation.

Jan is certified in the Sensory Integration and Praxis test and uses this knowledge daily when treating children with Sensory Integration Dsyfunction. In addition, she has completed the Handwriting Without Tears workshops for both the pre-school and school age child and currently runs handwriting groups. Other areas of interest include children with visual processing disorders, attention difficulties, and the inability to process sensory information throughout their day.
